🔹 [ CULTURAL INSIGHT ] Ogata Kenzan (1663–1743) transformed humble motifs — vegetables, grasses, everyday flora — into objects of quiet cultural weight. His approach rejected decorative excess in favor of authorship: each brushstroke declaring its maker. Yosaburo works within this lineage, carrying the tradition's emotional clarity into a later moment.
