We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every piece we sell. Each item is carefully inspected and photographed before shipping.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The item is in its original condition
• All original packaging, tomobako (wooden box), and certificates are included
• The item has not been damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a full refund including return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders or items explicitly marked as final sale cannot be returned.
