An ao-ido tea bowl by Suda Shoho, working under the studio name Jyozetsu-an. The gray-green glaze moves across the surface with the restraint of fog. The foot carries kairagi — the plum-blossom skin texture that marks the finest ido-form bowls, where the glaze draws back and the clay speaks directly.
