A tea bowl by Kimura Yoshihiro, fired in the yuteki-yu oil-spot tradition — silver-gray droplets suspended in deep black, each one formed by iron crystals rising through the glaze during firing. The technique references Song dynasty tenmoku. The result is entirely its own.
